After some time spent on planing for my Road Trip it is time to share some ideas about nutrition. Today I want to show you how to make a good shake while driving.

Let’s put it all together:
Fill the shaker with milk – you may add water, but this is completely optional – and add the shake powder and close it tight. Next attach the shaker to your vehicle. If you are using a car, use its cup holders. Using a motorcycle or similar, you might want to put the shaker into a plastic bag before squeezing it into a pocket.
Now start the engine and start driving. The worse the road is, the better it works. On an average road 25 km are known to be enough for a good shake to be ready for drinking.
How come to write about that?
Well – first you should know that I am about to gain weight using the herbalife milkshakes and that I am driving to work by scooter if possible. One day I took my shaker with me and forgot to shake it. I was in a hurry and got on my scooter and drove to work. As I arrived there I remembered the shake and had a look at it. It was just fine. Since that time, I use the scooter to shake it.
