Day 2
Night and breakfast passed by. The first thing I had to do was driving to the ÖAMTC base to get me some info about the flood in austria.
My next stop is Wörgl – but that does not mean that it stopped raining. My gloves are totally wet by now and so are my boots. Every truck passing by is a new load of water and rain becomes sleet. So it was time to defreeze myself as I arrived St. Johann.
My boots are broken by now and my head could make use of an aspirin. After asking a few people on where to buy new biker boots I was pointed to Toyota Seidwald. The shop assistant was really nice and helpful. I left there having new boots, a protector for my back, new gloves and best wishes for my trip.
But driving isn’t fun anymore as Hochfilzen is covered by snow again. Same procedure as every pass – but without dropping the scooter again. So I made it until Bischofshofen where I gave up. I couldn’t drive any longer.
