I have to admit, I didn’t really look at Macintosh. Well – disregarding the apples in the store of course. But since quite some time, I am having to deal with those systems. So I got one.

Looking at the current mobile phones, it seems like those little companions would like to be a notebook replacement. But to be honest, something’s missing – and that’s a full keyboard – a keyboard that allows you to type as used to.

mittlerweilen bin ich schon etwas mehr als ein jahr goldwinger. es wird an der zeit, einmal eine zwischenbilanz über diese zweirad-beziehung zu ziehen und vorsichtig in die zukunft zu blicken, sofern es eine geben kann… immerhin ist eine goldwing unbestritten eine eigene kategorie motorrad, welche mit nichts aus dem herkömmlichen spektrum zu vergleichen ist.
Another reason to use Linux?
There are many reasons for me to use Linux – one of them is the WGA checking which currently has the nerve to brandmark my Windows 7 as a “non genuine copy” since I’ve applied the latest updates. To improve the situation, this happens on a Saturday night.
AC/DC in Wels
Saturday was a big day – in fact it was THE big day, as it was the day when AC/DC performed in Wels (Austria). I have to admit, I have never seen a place that muddy – but to be hones – even a hailstorm couldn’t wreck the feeling at the concert as they played Thunderstruck.
