Goodbye Bachmann electronic
I am leaving Bachmann electronic, the company I have worked for as a sysadmin. It was a nice time and I had the chance to learn many new things. My new job starts at the 1st December this year – but first of all, I need a holiday (starting by the end of this week).
ATI – All technical idiots?
I got a real bad opinion about ATI today. Reason is the drivers update as my support for my old Radeon mobility got dropped. OpenGL is only possible with the ATI Proprietary Linux Driver and regarding the ABI Change in Xorg we’re pretty lost… ATI – the best advertisment for nvidia cards.

It hasn’t to be negative all the time if you’re talking to your ISP about your uplink connection. In my case we solved a problem with mine so that it will server 1 MBit again.
