As I was checking my web stats those days, I came across a sudden peek in the graph showing the traffic numbers, which is quite strange and might be an error of the analyzer.
I decided to have a closer look at that timespan and prepared my webserver for higher traffic, just in case that spike would continue for a longer time.
But that didn’t explain the higher hit count. Where do those visitors came from?
Some further analysis lead me to the point that it was no software error, as the huge number of clicks went on the post of Grazer writing about an accident, which was read by quite a number of people by now. Bikers. To tell some numbers, 90% of the hits were biker people. If we break that down, 70% of those people are driving a Triumph and about 25% are Bandit drivers. But still the big question that remains:
What do the other 10% drive?
