As gentoo user I am likely to hacking some ebuilds and raping my system – think my readers should know me as that kind of person already. But back to the topic: I have unmasked the new KDE 3.5.7 to have a closer look. Ok… There are still some ebuilds missing out there, but it was an easy task bumping the missing ones. What do we have a local overlay for?
So the new KDE launches here and there are no differences visible for me except for the fact that it was more stable. To get a clue on what really happened, I peeked into the Changelog and just as I suspected – it’s more a bugfix release. But what do you expect if everybody is gazing at the upcoming KDE 4?
