Today I’d like to talk about the support team of Netscreen as they’re doing a great job. That’s the story so far:
After installing my firewall, I had to register it as I needed to activate DeepInspect. Web registrations and confirmation mails are usually not a big deal and it doesn’t take long – but after 30 minutes there was no sign of a mail here. So I opened a support ticket.
After opening the case, I went on with some other tasks regarding my servers and after some time the mail finally showed up. But at the same time, the Netscreen Support Center called me, asking me about the case I have opened.
Regarding the timing, not even 90 minutes have passed since the opening of the ticked and their call – that’s less than a football game! That’s what I call support, guys!
