The last checkup was done quite a while ago, so let’s have a look at the facts again. That’s the numbers so far: I have gained 6,5cm (chest measurement) and 4 Kg. Let’s call it a great result for 3 month time. If things continue like that I should be soon at 65 Kg!

This week was a really busy time due to the public holiday. In other words, it’s time to get out of work for the weekend and being satirized by people who did not have to work today…

This diet report is a checkup after the medieval event. The good news first: I did not loose weight at all! Regarding stress and strain, a really good sign.
