Logging out…

I do not know what you think about that, but I hate it if confidental information stays on screen after logging out of a terminal. The solution is simple: echo clear >> ~/.bash_logout The solution explained: On logging out bash parses the .bash_logout script. We just tell bash here to have the screen cleared.

Portal Redesign

I have to admit, I was quite satisfied using WordPress with www.stargazer.at as cms for my portal page as it is quite flexible and somehow extendable with plugins. But it is too small for being a full blown portal site. So I switched to drupal. But no panic, this blog will stay on wordpress…
