Dear Sir or Madam,

This is an open letter to you. Once again your website brings the joy of being unable to download the files I need in a timely fashion started by a redesign making it horrible to find anything again as it is in a new place. For the sake of modern web, I do understand that redesign may be needed, but please – there are still some folks who actually want to do research or need software.

This time again, after being able to deal with the new design (read: using google instead of site-navigation) the next bug strikes in just in time:
