In fact, things discussed on heise are often a preview on what is about to happen in austria. The legislatement of the ‘hackers paragraph’ is one of the things that make me worried.

In short, it is forbidden to use/possess computer security tools. In other words, every developer working at networking layers, malware analysts and all that guys will miss their tools. Even an IDS like snort would be illegal.
