Diet report #4

Time passed since I have written my last diet report. But why the hell am I writing about ‘diet’ if I am not trying to loose weight?

Let’s see what Wikipedia says:

In nutrition, the diet is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism. Dietary habits are the habitual decisions an individual or culture makes when choosing what foods to eat. Although humans are omnivores, each culture holds some food preferences and some food taboos. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy. Proper nutrition requires vitamins, minerals, and fuel in the form of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Dietary habits and choices play a significant role in health and mortality, and can also define cultures and play a role in religion.

But let’s get back to the topic:
The shake cans here are empty and my weight is currently at 60 Kg, which is quite nice regarding my health and shape, as I my body gets good nutriment if we can trustbelieve the manufacturer.

  • Ja richtig. Das Wort Diät wird oft falsch verstanden und ausschliesslich mit abnehmen in Verbindung gebracht. “Diet” im englischen, “Ernährungsweise” im deutschen.
