Diet report #3

It is time to check if my diet plan works. That for I had a Session with my diet coach; The result was quite nice:

My body lost fat and generated muscle mass. To be more precise, the amount of fat in my body went from 9,4 Kg to 7,7 Kg without loosing weight! I could even gain 2,3 Kg! In addition to that I got a light gain on chest, hips and waist.

Update: Some facts:

The amount of fat in my body is at 13.0% which is considered as great and healthy. But my BMI is at 18.41 which is a bit underweighty. My actual protein needs is at 195 g/day. Basic calorie consumption is at 1468.91.
