Diet report #1

I have decided to gain some weight. I know, this might sound silly but let’s have a look at the facts: I am 181 cm tall and got about 55Kg after putting my keys, laptops, phones… down – and I tend to loose weight having stress.

For some of you it might sound like a dream – loosing weight while just being stressed but it is disturbing as it has an effect on health. My original idea ‘eat all you can eat’ failed. So I decided to use the products of Herbalife – dietary supplement used by people to loose weight – the only difference is that I do not use their shakes instead of meals – I use them in addition to the things I usually eat since March 1st. This reports should documentate my progress.

Current statistics:
Weight 55 Kg, mood ok. Taste buds are feeling a bit raped because of cappuccino like flavor.

    I have had both problems in my life , being fat and having to gain weight … believe me that the latter is worse especially when gaining weight doesn’t mean gaining fat.
    Do you have any reason to use Herbalife dietary supplement? Those shakes are for people that want to lose weight and for this reason lots of them contain substances that doesn’t make you feel hungry and phisically bend over fats in your stomach so that they are not assimilated in the intestine.
    I don’t actually feel entitled to make any suggestions but …in any case…here my two cents:
    – don’t eat a lot , eat often
    – if you really and i mean really want to use as food things that are not food use hi-energy supplements for sports
    – sleep a lot , if you can 30 minutes during day too.
    – avoid aerobics activities (running , tennis , football etc etc)

    The best would be going to the gym , 1 month for warming up and other 5 months for bench press and squat, 5/6 meals a day and in 6 months you are 70Kg.

  • Well, Luca – Herbalife stuff is supposed to replace a meal if you want to lose pounds. But if you use them as dessert after a meal (or in between regular meals) you do not loose weight.

    The side effects since now are, that I am not as tired as I was before and that training with my sword gets better as concentration doesn’t drop that soon.
